(LCSS) center. Within this presentation, you will find images depicting the existing facility that currently accommodates LCSS.

Laramie County Senior Services Inc. (LCSS) is pleased to be able to share with you new renderings of our building.
LCSS, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has hired Shanna Harris as its Executive Director. Shanna began her work with Laramie County Senior Services, Inc. (LCSS, Inc.) on September 14, 2023. Shanna has a Training and Development degree and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Wyoming. She obtained a Certificate of Non-Profit Executive Management from the University of San Diego in San Diego, California in January 2023. Shanna served as Executive Director of the Wyoming Food Bank of the Rockies in Casper and most recently, as Executive Director of Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota. Shanna is excited to work with the LCSS, Inc. Board of Directors as it prepares for the transition of the services currently provided through the Laramie County Senior Activity Center’s downtown location to the new facility which will be adjacent to the Foxcrest Community Center on east Pershing Boulevard.
